Refkar Cooling and Heat Transfer Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 by combining years of experience with a new organizational structure. The company began manufacturing with a 300 m² workspace and a two-person team at the Ikitelli Demirciler Industrial Site. Refkar, built on years of experience with a single-column drilling machine, invested all the revenue gained from its rapid growth into machinery, leading to continuous development. In 2011, Refkar, with a 1,500 m² enclosed space and a 15-person team, earned its place in the sector with ISO 9001 Quality Management certified products and CE marking. During this period, Refkar expanded its team by hiring 5 engineers, 3 technical draftsmen, and developed specialized software for refrigeration and production to continue its progress.
